The Specially Protected Areas Regional Activity Centre (SPA/RAC) is launching a consultation for the recruitment of a National Coordinator to support the development and implementation of the Pilot National Action Plan Plus (NAP+) in Montenegro.
The main objectives of this consultancy are to:
- Support the elaboration and facilitation of the endorsement process of the NAP+ and its investment plan;
- Provide assistance in the implementation of at least one agreed pilot action;
- Facilitate the creation of a national public–private partnership and the establishment of the national FishEBM Med / Post-2020 SAPBIO stakeholders’ platform.
This activity is implemented within the framework of the FishEBM Med Project, funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and coordinated by SPA/RAC.
The assignment will require close collaboration with the national focal point of the project within the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Region Development of Montenegro.
