SPA/RAC, in collaboration with MedPOL, is launching consultations to update Tunisia’s National Action Plan (NAP) for combating pollution and to develop the National Baseline (NB) of pollutant emissions and releases.
This update will be based on the guidelines and documents established by the UNEP/MAP Secretariat. It will also takeinto account the analyses from the national diagnostic report developed under the MedProgramme (Child Project 1.1 – Reducing pollution from harmful chemicals and waste in Mediterranean hotspots and measuring progress towardsimpacts).
In addition, the evaluation will incorporate findings from the MED QSR 2023, as well as other relevant national assessments and reports, including the DTA report.
This initiative complements actions undertaken within the EcAp MED PLUS project, which supports Southern Mediterranean Contracting Parties in revising, developing, and upgrading their national programmes and action plans.

- The table of deliverables in Article 10 - Deadlines for completion of the service has been revised so that it is consistent with the table in Section IV - Expected deliverables.
- A sentence (point 3 of Section 2.1 Technical offer) has been corrected in Article 2 - Content of the tender dossier, in the Administrative Clauses. The budget for this consultation has not been announced.
