Call for consultation – Update of IMAP and contribution to pollution control plans in Tunisia

SPA/RAC is launching a consultation process to Update of the Integrated Monitoring and Assessment Programme of the Mediterranean Sea and Coasts and Related Assessment Criteria (IMAP) of Tunisia / Contribution to the update of the Programmes of measures (PoM) and National Action Plans of Pollution Control in Tunisia

The main purpose of this consultation is to:

  1. Contribute to the implementation of the EcAp MED PLUS project by providing technical support to several key activities, including the development of the revised national IMAP monitoring programmes in Tunisia for the three clusters: biodiversity, pollution and coastal hydrography.
  2. Introduce the marine biodiversity conservation component in the new National Action Plan for Pollution Control (NAP) in Tunisia (2025-2035).

This activity is carried out within the framework of the EcAp MED PLUS project, funded by the European Union, and will be coordinated by SPA/RAC, MedPol and PAP/RAC.Cette activité est menée dans le cadre du projet EcAp MED PLUS, financé par l’Union européenne, et sera coordonnée par le SPA/RAC, MedPol et PAP/RAC.
