The Specially Protected Areas Regional Activity Centre (SPA/RAC) is launching a call for consultation to recruit a National Coordinator to support the development and implementation of the pilot NAP+ and Investment Plan in Tunisia.
The main objectives of this consultancy are to:
- Coordinate the national process for the endorsement of the National Blue Economy Strategy, ensuring its alignment with the Post-2020 SAPBIO.
- Lead the development and endorsement of the NAP+ and its Investment Plan.
- Facilitate the establishment of a national public–private partnership and the creation of the national FishEBM Med/Post-2020 SAPBIO platform.
This activity is implemented within the framework of the FishEBM Med Project, funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and coordinated by SPA/RAC.
The assignment will require close collaboration with the project’s national focal point within the Ministry of Environment of Tunisia.
