Call for consultation to update Libya’s IMAP

This consultation has been completed

SPA/RAC is launching a consultation process to support the update of Libya’s national Integrated Monitoring and Assessment Programme for the Mediterranean Sea and Coast and Related Assessment Criteria (IMAP).

More specifically, the consultation aims to develop revised national IMAP monitoring programmes for Libya, covering the three clusters: biodiversity, pollution, and coastal hydrography. It also seeks to identify best practices and promote the exchange of lessons learned at both national and regional levels.

This activity is carried out within the framework of the EcAp MED PLUS project, funded by the European Union, and will be coordinated by SPA/RAC, in collaboration with MedPOL and PAP/RAC.

The deadline for submission has been extended to 7 July 2025.
