LSPA/RAC is launching a consultation process to design a Science Policy Interface (SPI) roadmap to promote the SPI approach as key to structure, strengthen and sustain IMAP implementation at national levels.
Main objectives of the consultation
- Drafting and finalizing the SPI roadmap for the Mediterranean level based on existing key documents.
- Elaboration of a national pilot activity in a selected Contracting Party (the CP will be selected based on the consultant’s area of expertise and knowledge of the local context).
- Supporting national consultants in preparing the implementation guidelines for two pilot activities in two beneficiary countries.
This activity is carried out within the framework of the EcAp MED PLUS project, funded by the European Union, and will be coordinated by SPA/RAC, in collaboration with Plan Bleu, MEDPOL, and PAP/RAC, under the supervision of the UNEP/MAP Coordination Unit.
