The Specially Protected Areas Regional Activity Centre (SPA/RAC) is launching a call for consultation to recruit a consultant for the development of the National Action Plan Plus (NAP+) and its Investment Plan in Tunisia.
Main Objectives
The main objectives of this consultancy are to:
- Develop the NAP+ and its Investment Plan based on the priorities of the National Blue Economy Strategy, ensuring coherence with the Post-2020 SAPBIO frameworks;
- Contribute to the identification of priority actions, investment needs, and opportunities for innovative blue economy initiatives, including support for pilot implementation and stakeholder consultation processes.
This activity is implemented within the framework of the FishEBM Med Project, funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and coordinated by SPA/RAC.
The assignment will require close collaboration with the project’s national focal point within the Ministry of Environment of Tunisia.
