Within the framework of the FishEBM MED project and the implementation of NAP+ pilot actions in Morocco, SPA/RAC is launching a call for consultancy to ensure synergies between the two components of the pilot action planned in Morocco and their technical coordination with SPA/RAC.
The requested tasks are as follows:
- Ensure operational coordination and technical coherence between the two components of the pilot action and ensure their complementarity;
- Support the selected organizations in planning, implementing and monitoring their activities in accordance with SPA/RAC’s technical and administrative requirements;
- Liaise between SPA/RAC, the national authorities, the two implementing organizations and other relevant stakeholders;
- Coordinate the preparation of the pilot action’s technical and financial reports, consolidate them and verify their compliance before submission to SPA/RAC;
- Monitor results, indicators and communication activities, and consolidate the lessons learned from the pilot action.
